Gelato Cart Activation Case Study | DIDI Brisbane Launch

We recently had the pleasure of partnering with DIDI corporate to launch their ride share services to Brisbane university during Orientation Week. Both QUT and UQ students were in luck from this fun brand activation by being treated to sweet gelato and sorbet from our mobile Cart and Caravan hire.

Over the two week event, the Gathering Events team distributed over 10,000 serves of ice cream to students who downloaded the DIDI app! It was that easy.

To create the successful experiential marketing activation, both ice cream cart and mobile caravan were decked out in a full custom wrap to entice the students and have them engage positively with the brand. Our attendants also sported custom uniforms whilst serving.
